Have you ever wanted to feel like you were outside, but didn’t actually want to go outside? Well that must have been what the owners of this home theater wanted when they decided to create their home theater. The owners actually live in London, UK, and own a second vacation house in Athens Greece. The owners love the backyard of their vacation home that they decided to recreate it as their home theater. The ceiling is made to look like a night sky with a wooden pavilion and the same lawn furniture that they have at the other place. The walls that are not made to look like the house are beautifully decorated with scenes of a sunset from the vacation home. To top it off the deck is decorated with flowers. The theater uses a JVC DLA-HD1 projector that is mounted on a on a motorized ceiling lift that is concealed in the porch’s canopy. The DLA-HD1 features 600 ANSI lumens, a 2500:1 contrast ratio, and HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. [via Hidden Wires ]
