One of the many that NEC has is the NP62 . This projector features a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, 3000 ANSI lumens, and a 1600:1 contrast ratio. Recently, the writers from Mac Life released their review of this little projector. One of the major fields that the writers focused on was the image being displayed. They liked how the NP62 had enough brightness to create a clear visible image in a lit room. Even at 48 inch or bigger screens looked good. The writers thought that when compared to other that are similar in size, it was a very well designed model. However, bigger could easily out perform the NP62. One of the concerns that were mentioned was that the NP62’s image looked a little faded. This is not good when its leading competition can display bright and clear images. Another problem the writers said was that the cooling fan was a little louder than they liked and proved to be a mild distraction. However, in the in the writers commented, “Relative to full-size , the NP62 presents a competent, if weaker image. But its small shape and input options make it great for mobile presentations or movies.” [via Mac Life ]
