Optoma HD8600 Projector Receives Mark of Excellence Award

Optoma is proud to announce today that the Consumer Electronics Association has selected them to receive a 2010 Mark of Excellence Award for their HD8600 projector. This projector is one of the company’s best theater models and comes with 1080p HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 1600 ANSI lumens, and a 50000:1 contrast ratio. This award is the company’s first Mark of Excellence award. “Winning a Mark of Excellence award says unequivocally that Optoma has arrived as a top-tier video brand,” said Jon Grodem, Senior Director of Product and Marketing. “The HD8600 is a barrier-breaking product, and for custom installers and consumers shopping for a truly superb theater projector, it deserves a very close look.
