Click here to view the embedded video. Here is another touch screen program that was designed to help make our lives easier, the Noteput. This program uses a touch screen display that uses a projector mounted under it and a camera-based marker tracking system. Instead of using your fingers to control the program, you use wooden notes and other musical signs to control the screen. The program begins when you place the treble clef sign on the table. However, if you see in the video the bass clef is also possible, but not used. The clef opens a line and allows the user to place notes on to create a tune. When the user is finished, they can press the play button to hear the song or loop it to hear it over and over. The user can play the loop in order to adjust the notes to their liking. The Noteput is primarily designed to help teach kids musical notes and how to read by creating an interactive area. [via Gizmodo ]
