Vivitek Announces D950HD and D952HD Projectors

Vivitek is a leading manufacturer of environmentally innovative visual presentation products. Today, the company unveiled two new projectors that will be joining their new D9 series, the D950HD and D952HD . Both projectors feature full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and a 3000:1 contrast ratio. The only noticeable difference between the two is that the D950HD comes with 3000 ANSI lumens, while the D952HD has 3500 ANSI lumens. “As HD multimedia content continues to be used more and more in business settings, Vivitek wants to ensure that image quality is displayed in the best way possible,” said Christopher Yang, senior product manager at Vivitek. “With the D950HD and D952HD, Vivitek gives the business user the same incredible picture on the screen in the office as they experience at home. These new 1080p data projectors let people present and see 1080p content the way it was meant to be seen.” Both projectors are expected to release in August and will retail for $1499 and $1899, respectively.
